AMXmod plugin help

Yes I redtfm, I cannot load plugins on my AMXX server.. when I type meta list in my server HLDS it says this: Code:

How do I run my plugins?!?! Plz help

This is the best advice I can give you.

Step 1: Go to the AMXX mod server website.
Step 2: Register at their forums.
Step 3: Ask in their tech-support section.

If you follow these 3 simple, yet effective steps, you'll probably find your answer quicker.

if you download a pack called PacotaoAddons it installs amx mod and stuff (you can choose) and configures it automatically... that's what i did!

WHY ARE YOU RUNNING C-Strike and C-Stats?
That is your main problem.
I can't run my ESF server properly with those.
It starts getting lots of bugs. Like that right there.

You also might want to look at your plugins.ini
Delete everything there(save), then re-type everything back in(save).

Yes the "answers" are "good", but they don't help with the one on one problems needed with each individual problem. Each one will have its own idenity. Each one will not be answered with a small set up program. Not all of them will be settled like this.

You might want to stop useing AMX mod and update to AMXx. AMX mod is dead. The developer QUIT. These people took the code, with OLO's permission I add, and are makeing a much better job than OLO did. They've fixed several memory leak and memory allocation problem. This team is moveing faster than OLO would permit. You should take a look into it.

I realize that problems come with different answers but I don't understand why people can't try and install a server for themselves including getting amx mod up. Too many posts popping up asking how to set up amxmod/metamod without ever looking at a readme. I don't believe that is what this section is for and I think this is a good place to send people to. If amx mod is conflicting with esf than we help them but otherwise they can read a readme instead of us having to type it out each and every time.

I'm running 0.16 and I am running amxx -_- If u read carefully on my first post it says AMXX =)

You NEED to re do all of your files.
Something is wierd with AMXx. As soon as you edit the file for the first time, the WHOLE file compresses to the minimal amount of lines possible. (it is verry wierd)

No... I want you to RE-DO the files. Open all the .cfg and the .ini and RE-DO the information.

That is the strangest thing I have seen.

1) WHERE is your plugins.ini?
2) WHAT does it have in it?
3) WHAT does your core.ini have in it? (its in your configs folder)

That is one verry strange bug indeed. How about you try this for a plugins.ini

IF this doesnt work, go to AMXx forums and tell them wahts up. Then post back here what the problem was.

just about same thing for me i have metamod and my server says its running. But RRG! i cant get it to run amxx at all
