but we need to ask those who has made it about if we could realese it on the Internet!!!

I wouldn't worry abut any legal issues..just do what you're going to do.
If the creators actually find out about it, just offer to remove it for download...if you actually get that far.

And yeah gogeta, please take off one of the sigs, both look kinda the same, but the second is worse (no offense). and their web site is i.am/lf2, and they hang out at their message board at their site, just post there, but, someone else made a dbz pack already for Template (the character) but anyways, Good luck with the dbz pack. If you can make it that far.
