i was looking at some custom models cause me and some buddy's are gonna get this and make a clan, and i was wondering if these new models always replace older ones or if they can "co-exist" with the other models? it looks like an awesome game and i cant wait to install half life and play it...

Simply click on the "user cp" link (or go <a href="http://www.esforces.com/forum/usercp.php">here</a>). To Change your Title, goto "Edit Profile" and its in there To Change/upload your avatar goto "Edit Options" and you'll find a button "Change Avatar" if you cant upload your avatar...
