O: I think I've seen that once or twice, it sounds kind of familiar.

^^ Dommel was awesome. I loved that. It was like Dutch anime. XD Plus the voice acting was actually quite decent. :3

That was a classic, but in North America it was called Shining Time Station,

Quoted for indisputable truth.

I can't believe I forgot to mention the Batman cartoon, Ren & Stimpy, AND Samurai Pizza Cats.

...my memory just isn't what it used to was.

Between The Real Ghostbusters and the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, I couldn't ask for much else.

...HOWEVER, there was also Captain N: The Game Master, the Super Mario Bros. cartoon (I think it included brief episodes of a Legend of Zelda cartoon, too), Sesame Street (in my really early childhood), Pirates of Dark Water (or was it "Darkwater"?), the original (and the only good version of) Power Rangers, and, of course, Inspector Gadget! I'm sure there were others; I'll edit on if they come to mind.

EDIT - Cap J's post just reminded me of Transformers. That's another!
I think Maj has it perfectly for me. I'd also add Thundercats, Voltron and a few others, which I'm certain I've forgotten.

There was this one episode of 'Are you Afraid of The Dark' that scared me ****less when I was much younger. It was about this family who'd just moved into their new house, and the family's son discovers there's this nasty spirit living in the basement. So he starts sacrificing people to it, and in return, he gets nifty things like a brand new bicycle. I think, in the end, the spirit gets pissed and eats him up too or something. The spirit would play sick mind tricks on you, I remember it appearing in the form of this cute girl doll who'd totally go demonic on your ass. x___x;

Trauma for life, I tells ya.

I remember that!

Though I think my favourite one was.. and if this wasn't Are you Afraid of the Dark, then please correct me on the show...was the one where the kids are trapped in the mall with the game and I THINK they are sent inside. I can't remember it all that much.

****, that's another episode I remember! It was with these giant-ass pinball balls, right? That one didn't really scare me, though.
