a Loaf of Bread (yes i love bread)
Gatorade or Orange Juice

(whats wierd is I drink alot more than I eat I have lost about 20 pounds doing nothing).

I usually just eat some crackers or a sandwitch, but if I'm watching a video of some sort I like to kick back and grab my Ruffles Sour Cream & Bacon chips, with a nice bottle of Barqes Root Beer. Good stuff there.
