its not just that easy. this model has like 8000 polygons, the preferred maximum for half-life is 1500. also, it needs a new skeleton, and new animations.

hehe, he used a tut modeling that didint he?, i have a tut for lightwave, with the exact model, and they use a pic where young goku is standing like that.
but it look awesome.

2500 polys? no problem :-D
adding a pole can cause problems tho... o_O
