The skin looks good, just add some more detail to it.

You are going to need to add a lot more detail than that before we can really say anything. look at other skins to understand how to add details like folds, wrinkles, muscles, etc...

About the Model:Ok, his hair looks like Mystic Gohan's, his pants are WAY to big for the shirt and his boots look large. (If any mod want me to delete this About the Model thing, thats fine by me)

Nice reskin, but 1 question, I would apprecite it if you would ask me if you could rip my character heads instead of just taking it to your liberty to take them and add on crappy hair. All those heads are copyright and only made for ape clan and a few of my friends, please dont rip anymore of them. If you guys want proof here is the one I made

looks good, except that it looks more like he got hidden blood on his torso and his shirt is slightly revealing it.

Yamcha doesn't have that bit of hair sticking out forwards, he doesn't have boots, he has shoes, the Clothes are too yellow, Yamcha's clothes are an almost red-orange. Kai symbol looks spot on though.

Who is this yamchu ah you must mean yamcha.
Well there is some work to do, as it currently looks like an adult gohan model.

hair :

-Remove the hair strand that comes down
-Lessen the spikes
-No spikes at the side of the head

body :

-Beef up his waist, it's not very thin
