You should read the front page.

To speed things up, we are moving to a different server. We are currently on the same server as modDB however the modDB site is continuing to grow at a rampant pace, and now requires its own beefy setup. As such, ESF and other shared sites are being moved to a new Dedicated server.

Appoligies for any downtime/inconveniances during the moves.

Yeah I noticed it too... but why post about it here?
Anyways as Kaination said, it was expected because the site was moved. Weren't the forums down as well?

Yeah, the whole shibang got shut down for a while. Crazy how we cant live without esf, aint it?
