Official blizz site:
Blizz said:
Are you curious about the changes and additions in store for class talents in Wrath of the Lich King? The new interactive talent trees for every class are now live. Please note that all talent information is not yet finalized, and is subject to significant change during the testing process. Talent calculator stats may differ from those seen in the Wrath of the Lich King beta, as they may reflect either more current or outdated information. If you have any issues with viewing the calculators, which can happen when they are updated, clear your temporary Internet files and reload the page to resolve the issues.

Check out the talents page to learn more about the talent system.

Paladin:

PVE ret: http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=sVZ0xZVfrt0IucrsguAo

PVP (utility) ret: http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=sZ0ebmZVfrtrIufMoMuAo

Tanking spec: http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=sVZaxVAzuMteIRGoxb

Hunter

(leveling): http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=ctbMzxgRVuMest0eVbo

haven't thought much about raiding with him yet, just going to see how it plays, used to love survival but with all these gear changes it might have lost its uniqueness. Marksman is looking pretty nice though, im liking the fact the start of survival and bm can both be used to make MM pretty pwnage.

I've done a lot of theorycrafting , but the talent trees i did are outdated.

Right now, i'm using 51/10/0 on PTR.

I'll be doing builds after 3.0 arrives to retail, i think.

Damn you tankidins gettin lot harder to kill. Your right that hunters are looking sweeter to play... might lvl mine >.>.

Idea for Buster build. Bust down armor classes fast with this and dismantle.

Love how DW spec is in the first teir of combat, but I hate that my relentless strikes is now 5 point build.

The way it looks now (though this doesn't mean much without constant level 80 testing on a live server), BM got sacked in terms of DPS. As it should be tbh. MM and Surv will be the new kings of PvE and PvP, with BM for those that are lazy and not willing to play a real Hunter.

BUT DEY DOES HAF SPECIAL PETS THOO!!!!!

Unfortunately Paladin's will be back to square one once everyone is at 80 with shiny new skills. And Paladin's still only have divine storm and crusader strike.

Ret PvP : http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=sZ0ebGcZVfrtrfzfMsMzAo
Ret PvE : http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=sZaxZVfbtbIucrsguAo
Holy PvP - BG : http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=sVAbxMdGVzRxkZZVf0xMfzb
Holy PvP - Arena : http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=sVAbxGdGVzRxRzZVfzxr
Holy PvP - The spec i love right now and will be using it : http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=sVAbxMzGVzRZZVfMxrIzb0s
This spec is just superior over any other spec.

-15% running speed
-Unlimited mana
-Can burst anyone down as well as a ret paladin does ( ok, maybe a little inferior - but still very strong burst ), and the burst is controlled.
-More CC ( Repentance!)
-Anti-Melee ( Attack me and you will suffer 150 damage per hit, not to mention concecration that does 150 per second , also , count in Eye for an Eye that returns 20% of the crit to the attacker )
-Reduces your stats by 20%
-EXTREMELY high spellcrit
-You _CAN'T_ stunlock ( BoF removes stunlocks)

Seriously, a paladin specced like this is a juggernaut. Casters shiver when they can't kite me.
Whenever i get damaged below 70%, i will just holy shock myself and that's all while i'm hitting the enemy.
Nobody can virtually lock me out with this spec anymore, as i don't rely on FoL or casted HL almost at all now.

And yes, this spec can heal others extremely well in arenas too, I tried it in 2's and 3's today. 5's are a bit open, but i'll report on that once i get the chance.
Seems like Blizzard is trying to get us away from the role of us being the tank healers , but changing us to more like "secondary healers", which we originally were classified as.
Well, I for one, like that in PvP, but can't say anything about PvE.

Holy PvE - Raid : http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=sxA0xMzGVuMxRtacbVbh
Holy PvE - Farming : http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=sVAbxMzhizRoZZAf0xbIzc0c
Prot : http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=sZ0xVA0ugtcIRGoEf000c
Prot-Ret PvP : http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=sZ0erNczgzZVfztrfzfMsM ( Ability to tank in instances if really necessary, deadly against melee classes - all around a survivability spec, kinda lackluster but for pure fun. This spec's main purpose is to trace the old school feeling , see Zalgradis' PvP-videos for example)

Do notice that I didn't include spiritual focus in PvP-builds of holy, simply because I've played around in duels, 2's, 3's and 5's , as well as bg's. I've come to conclusion, that the pushback mechanic being changed, as well as the way holy paladins heal in PvP - there's simply no need for it. I hardly ever cast FoL , or HL for that matter. The only times I really do cast FoL , is when my target's HoT-effect from the glyph is about to fade. Holy Shock is full of win, not even going to mention how awesome it is to have instant Holy Lights. :)
However, this is my personal opinion. Some of you may feel differently about the usage of Spiritual Focus and Concentration aura, but I've decided to use Seals of the Pure and resistance / ret. aura instead.

PTR-builds :

Holy PvP 'Crittadin' (experimenting with it right now, works extremely well to be honest ): http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=sVAbxMdGVzMLkZZVf0xM
I included eye for an eye to this spec , because nowadays everyone with good gear has tons of crit. Add in the damage of ret aura and concecration, then this. I kill rogues in or under 10 , warriors in 20 seconds . Enhance Shamans are on par with rogues, of course depending on how they attack me ( kite, heal - etc ). Retribution paladins go down the hardest, but this spec helps a lot against them.

Holy PvP - Arena : http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=siAbxMdGVzGxkzacb
Ret PvP : http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=sZ0ebZVfMtrfzfMsMzAo
Ret PvE : http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=sZ0xZVf0xbIucMsguAo
