what's the best file converter program for wma, mp3, mp4, wav files? if i have a wma and want to convert it to mp3 format, and vice versa

Nero wave editor works very well for me.

If you can't get your hands on that I believe Winamp has some functions like that, though I'm not sure how it works.

i don't want to download just ANY program, i already checked google >_> too many programs.. reason why i posted a topic was to get the best converter in everyone's opinion instead of some lame one that you have to pay 30 days later, or one that will install spyware into my laptop
