I did a little more modeling and fixed the arm.

oh' and btw. that leg is just a place holder, I havn't done much to it...

If you want the model to be animatable, you have to add a few rings to the shoulder area. So that it looks a bit like a bendy straw.

So by the way it looks, This must be the Chuunin Exam Version, So His hair will need to have more then usual for some odd reason.....

I think that it looks good for a start and shall agree with Kam! on the Arm Joint Part.
