Here is screeny of my current desktop.
There are some bugs though on dropping menus.

You should let people know by installing such software and by using custom themes, it increases the cpu/memory usage.

well, so far I didn't really noticed any big difference. If I haven't read it I wouldn't know it

Have tried Windows Blinds multiple times, and gotten bored with it each time. Good old XP theme is really all I need. It's sleek enough and it's simple.
