Hello there ,

Since a month or so i've been using windows 8 and have been using windows 7 prior to it.
I have been running windows 7 with 1 SSD ( OCZ Vertex 3 , Sata 3 , 6Gb's ) wich was blazing !!!

Also i have been running windows 7 ( prior to the SSD ) with 2 identical HDD,s as a raid 0.
The speed increasement was obviously noticable, faster boot , much higher data transfer.
BUT !! .....

Now i have windows 8 and i been running it on a single sata 2 disk , wich was reasonably fast, e.g, booting etc
So now i have setup a raid 0 array with the 2 identical disks and astonishing or not , i cannot notice any faster booting nor data transfer is higher ( not noticable )

I was wondering if there are some people here that are experiencing this.

( HDDS i talk about are all Sata 2 , 16Mb cache
HDD 1 and 2 are both 160GB Sata 2 , 16Mb cache)

I always have multiple HDD's ;

E.g ;
HDD 1 = windows
HDD 2 = Games
HDD 3 = Movies , Downloads and Whatever else ,
