will there be updates for this game?

i was wondering if there would be updates for esf1.3 bata its ok right now but i would like to see some more animation on some of the characters and more effects.

As mentioned, this is an open beta release, as opposed to a more polished release (like 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2 were). There are still many bugs to pound out, features to add, and suggestions to consider. Several features are incomplete, so you can expect that in future releases of this open beta, more features (and new bugs, as a result) will be available for you to try out.

As of the last week's meeting, Sunday December 24th, it has been decided that ESF will be OPEN BETA. So what does this mean? A snapshot of the current inteam will be made available publicly, on a bi-weekly basis. That is right, an exact copy of what is being tested inteam will be available to you.
