reinstall it, still wont work?
try to use the shortcut with (-game esf) on it (with no '()'s)
still wont work?
try to run a fresh cleam shortcut of HL with no shduffs withonit
and then goto costume!

used the default foldername? ... esf ... and installed it to your hl directory? or do u use cs retail or so?

uhhh you have CS Retail but you installed into your HL directory? That doesn't make sense

Maybe you should try pointing the installer here?
