Why cant I see the dragon balls?

i have maps for the dragonballs...im on experimental mode...why cant i see them on the radar or on the map at all

What works for me is typing a report in MS word (preferably) to the Dragon on why you deserve a wish. Then, if he feels you are the man for the balls, then he may grant your wish. Don't forget to spell check and save every so often so you don't lose your work, it's happened to me plenty of times.
