I don't think frieza's 100 % form will be in.

My favorite transformation is trunks's. It looks exactly like his ascension in the History of Trunks

This isn't about stats or stuff, its about your opinion. It's about who you think is best after he has transformed! I voted Vegeta because he has decent speed, powerful attacks and he gets the standard x2 ssj multiplier.

Krillins transformation is the best he gets so fast and has a pretty strong melee attack.

Best looking in ESF - Goku, lightning > all
Most useful in ESF - Vegeta for getting BBA and FF.
Best looking in the show - Goku's 8 minute SS3 trans in episode #230
Most useful in the show - Gohan turning SS2 against Perfect Cell, without that it would have all ended right there, and it created the titanic SKHH vs SKHH battle which I enjoyed.
