Seeing your first post, you want to show the ESF team leader some screenshots 1 vs 4 power struggles.... why you want this, I cannot fathom, but if you want to show off your screenshots, you can do so in the ESF Chat section.

Your question was how to contact him, and that has been answered. It is upto Mastasurf whether he may or may not reply to each and every email that he receives.
