ips won´t help you
there aren´t many dedicated servers and the most users have dynamic ips

I have been putting filters on and still can't find some ip's

Usually up around 6 pm to 10 pm eastern US time. Its called "Android Slaughter" and Im Super Android 13 smacking fools with kamehameha and masenkos courtesy of Gohan.

So just look for it, i got a good connection and most descent peoples pings are 120 to 180. Beta should help that. But i figure we will have many dedicated servers then.
