Which HL version?

Hello. I just joined this forums, but long I have been longing to play the great mod of ESF. I have been playing Dragonball Source a few times, but then, I heard of a much greater and larger mod --- Earth Special Forces. This tempted me much, but I do not have a credit card. Now, eventually, today, my brother said alright to buy me Half life 1. He will buy it, but first, I would like to know.
What version of Half life 1 am I looking for? Half-Life 1, Half-Life 1: Source, Half-Life 1: Completed?
