Which DBZ Episode did THIS theme first appear in?

Hey, I've been really curious as to what episode of Dragonball Z first uses these two music tracks.

Firstly, "Gohan Fights Frieza". I've looked up almost every instance I remember in which Gohan goes nuts on Frieza, but not once did I hear the theme.

Secondly is the Best of DBZ Volume II track "Frieza's Death", which I'd assume would be used when Trunks rips Frieza a new one (quite literally). But the theme was not used there either...

Does anyone remember which episodes debued these two? I'd really like to watch the sequence the themes were intended for.

Gohan Fights Frieza - I remember hearing it when Gohan was fighting against Cell.

Frieza's Death - You hear it when Goku decides to use the instant-transmission to transport himself and Cell to King Kai's planet and you also hear it when Goku defeats Kid Buu with the Spirit Bomb.

I don't remember the first time these two tracks appeared.
