1) No such thing as "free"
2) Last I heard CD wasnt compatible with ESF
3) www.google.com , search for: "European server" half-life
exactly like I have typed out.

This isnt a "ask one person and get an answer" searching for servers takes a long time. You have to do quite a bit of price, location, and quiality serfing until you get what you need.
