...???? what patches? theres only versions (yea, another word for patches) you cant transform into a Oozaru or do fusion.

The technical term isn't Patches for what you are looking for. You can download and install models/sprites/sounds/maps to change the look and environment of your game play, but there is no way of downloading items which will actually change the game play and it's features (such as actually transforming into oozaru and fusion, like you asked).

Therefore, if you want to download any of these, please refer to this sticky to find and download them.
