where are the dragon balls

what maps are the dragon ball in? i've been loooking for them every where and i cant find them

CTDB is very experimental.
No official maps except riverside support them (and there you can't reach them all)

Urm i have collected all the DB's and activated them but i cant make a wish, can anyone help me?

When you press B a menu apears.

Unless you are playing EVM that is.

If you are playing EVM than ask on tehre forums. But there should also be a menu >.<
