When i launch esf, counter strike launch's INSTEAD

When i open esf counter s:notice: trike automatical opens, why ?

cuz you got an ilegal copy of CS and you didn't buy half life with steam

press change game , and select esf , and then you'll be able to play esf

He's not using Steam, or he is using the Condition Zero Package.

To sum this thread up. You need Half Life to play ESF it will not work with out it.

ESF won't work with Counter-Strike that comes with Condition Zero. Either buy Counter-Strike 1.6 or Half-Life, via Steam.

So, i have the cs antholgy wich includes, cs, cs:zero, cs:zero deleted scenes dod, dm classic, Ricochet. Thats one of my accounts i have 2 more.

Hl2, Cs:source, hl1:source,

Then the last account, Cs:s, Dod:s.

And then i cant play esf ye ?

Sorry, you cannot play Earth's Special Forces with that Counter-Strike Package, you really do need to have the Half-Life package. You also can't play any Half-Life 1 modification with the source version, which are Half-Life: Source, Half-Life 2, and the other source games.

My advice: get HL1. Not source. Not CS 1.6 not anything else.
Half Life ONE (Original CD, mind you. NO BORROWING. It won't work. The CD key is important. If the CD key has been used to log in to steam for any account, then its over. Get a new ORIGINAL Half life CD. Its worth it, trust me.)
Its 5$ I think.

$10 actually. Still it's a bargain, man. You don't only get the game, you get the ability to play MILLIONS of mods for it. It's really worth it.
