Oh the irony if there's a fatal bug which was overlooked. I also feel sorry for those with slower internet connections, I guess downloading ESF on your last day will suffice ^^.

Personally, I think whenever. It'll probably get released eventually (unless the team want to continue our parties on the inteam), as much as I'd love to see it go public, I'd like to see it after the team's happy with it. Not something akin to the Open Beta in terms of reliability.
