What's with the top-secret hud?

So is the new heads-up-display (shows health/ki/PL) just a grpahical update? It'd be a shame if it was - it'd be pretty lame of u guys to create some suspense if the nubers are just shown in a new font...

oh and whats with the guys with the 3-figure posts? - all they seem to do is b1tch-b1tch-b1tch (i say looking at people like hibiki)

Isint this the 2nd hud update that they have done, i think they have done the hud up a substantial and it looks good also with a new bar, that only the beta testers and the team know what its for, (and no im not on about the SSJ bar which tells ya when you can go ssj )
