I'm just gonna move on. I don't need no stinking court stuff! I'm out of there, I earned $3000 this summer, and I have something to put on my resume`. Also, Charles was my employer so he'll vouch for me anyway. Not the McGraw-Hill bastards.

I suppose also you were not given an apology for the poor way the company handled this situation...
