Same here. Super Mario Bros. I played it on Sega Mega Drive II.
You played Super Mario Bros on a Sega Mega Drive? How? I thought Mario was Nintendo only.

You must explain how Nintendo games play on Sega consoles.

If you were playing Mario Brothers on Sega Mega Drive, than I beleive you were actually playing Squirrel King.
The Mega Drive Super Mario Bros. is a hacked version of Squirrel King that uses ripped graphics from Super Mario Bros.
as well as edited sprites to make the Squirrel King characters look more appropriate in the Super Mario world.

It probably looked something like this.

It wasn't like that at all. It was the real deal/Mario.
I don't know how to explain. It looks like it was ported for the MD2 too. And i don't remember encountering bugs.
Oh, here's something:

Was going to say something along those lines :). That game looks absolutely terrible aside from the looks (which aren't really all the accurate either) the game is nothing like mario. :/

Even though the Atari got me into gaming, I think the original Legend of Zelda for the NES made me a true gamer. What about you? What game really made you love video games?

Wow that's so bizarre. I never knew you could play Mario on a Sega console. :)
