What is that bar above KI?

i know the lowest bar is life
the other is PL/Energy
one is for senzu beans
the other shows which attack you will b using

but what is that bar by the senzu beans counter
i think the bar says CR? im not really sure

The CF bar you are talking about lets you know if you are able to transform to SSJ or the next level.

You must fight enough to get your PL high enough to ascend to super saiyan. different characters have different PL's they must reach. When the CF bar fills all the way up, you push Z to ascent to Super Saiyanism. Some characters are also able to go back to normal too by pushing X

i thought it could have meant change force, but that didn't sound right...
