Steam for Linux Beta Now Available, it's possible that GoldSrc games (HL1, CS 1.6) will be ported on linux platform

GoldSrc is HL1 engine and ESF Final is HL1 mod.

i'm not to sure how it works with directx and other features esf might do outside of the engine atm...
Probably nothing but than there is still the .exe issue.

I think ESF uses openGL, which works on Linux, but Half-Life itself doesn't.

Steam is available on Mac, however HL & CS etc, are not...doesn't mean anything atm! However, Source is available on Mac!
