When you refer to the characters in the series pushing their power up(when you refer to mid/full power) that is exactly what turbo is. Attacks and melee go stronger but it drains ki as you go.
I think you are asking for too many models. I dont know maybe I misunderstood. Maybe you werent referring to the turbo. More or less something like the trunks in mid point 1/2 in the show that overinflates himself with energy his body cant take. Be sure to include a speed penalty if this is the case. As you probably remember his speed went down heavily and thats why he lost.
Yeah you sorta miss-understood what I had said.
But you got most of it right. There wont need to be alot of models
because as you already know ESF is still in Beta 1. So of course their
will have to be more models. Im not really demanding them to add
a thousand sepurate models.
But say for example when I went on with Vegeta.
He goes from normal to:
SSJ
Then USSJ, Which is temporary everytime you use it. Cause of
course. USSJ will really knock someone back at melee. So anyone
playing as vegeta will probably go on and try to hit someone in the
back really hard.
And besides it'd be a great idea and excuse to probably give him
the Chou Final Flash. Thats what I call it. But when he first used it
on Cell it just seemed like he put every drop of energy he had in
his body to throw it at him. Which is why Final Flash looked weaker
when he through it at a Cell Jr. and it was easily deflected.
And basically who ever is playing as vegeta in USSJ stage will have
to try to
gain enough power level for SSJ2.
And the reason for Mid Power/Full Power is because power up
doesn't exactly do that it just gives you a small boost (it aint so small when your
around 100,000,000PL and it skips to 200,000,000 though). But
Take the battle between Gokou vs. Cell. How many times did they
power up? And Cell against gohan was also holding back. He went
to his maximum power just to try and hit gohan but gohan was still
too strong.
So that just says that Cell at Perfect form could've been 5x strong
at the time but like 10x stronger for powering up. Well its hard to
explain. But I just dont beleive that the Power Up key is really
doing so well at melee if its not with you when you swoop.
But I remember gokou had to also power up like 100x to fight
frieza.

It didn't take me that long to type that the ideas kept coming
as I went. It was kinda hard keeping track of all of them though
I hate thinking too much. And the reason I suggested this is
because I totally disagree with Gokou having kame-torpedos. Its
clear that the mod is heading to a road with less ideas simply
because your avoiding things from the movies and/or GT. I probably
know the purpose for it. But sometimes you gotta make acceptions.
People say no Movie/GT Stuff but Harsens really just said no
Movie/GT Characters.
I think the mod should slightly follow the series atleast.
People always wondered how the hell is the game going to be
balanced with Frieza and Majin Buu? I just gave you the best logical
one there is.
Im not saying my idea is better than everyone elses. I just think
its more true to the show and atleast 2 of the ideas I gave for
any of those characters should be put in. I prefer Frieza and Gokou
at the moment. Especially since Frieza lacks beams. I gave hime
more useful things.
