I've been wondering for the longest time. I know that in an episode of DBZ, I think Hercule was giving his version of the Cell Games events and his flashback showed everybody as chibi characters, like this

Lol! I just saw it! Man, its pretty gutsy for Funimation to make fun of the image of badly dubbed anime with that! Waves Crashing on Rocks...and of course we know that that's a cameo of the opening to every DBZ movie...I love Vegeta and Piccolo's disgust for it...priceless...
