Download steam, if you own a valid copy of half life you can install Half life with steam.

if you haven't got a steam account,
  • Install steam
  • register
  • login.

  • Start steam, top right you'll see 4 drop down buttons "File, View, Games, Help"
  • Click games
  • Click activate a product on steam
  • follow the steps!

and if you don't have a legal copy of Half file
  • Start steam
  • Goto store tab
  • Search for Half-life 1
  • Buy

If you buy Half-Life through Steam, the CD-Key will be automatically registered to your account.

Theres a playlist editor in your steam/name/HL/ESF/MP3 folder I believe. Its pretty easy to use. Just edit a playlist in winamp, save it. Then open that PL with the ESF playlist editor.
