what are the changes in the melee system??

plz tell me what are the changes in the melee system
i feel it was changed somehow
but i cant put my finger on it

When 2 people swoop towards each other, the winner is decided on who has the fullist ki bar, not on the ping (and now it should be easier to target and hit people, and trunk's sword does instagib when people are under 20 or 30% maximum health)

there is somehting else, i was better in the 1.0 and the new beta's melee system is diffarent
But i dont know what is diffaresnt, when i fly i can feel its diffarent
