Think again, the main reason ESF isn't released yet, is due too God Gundam making a naked #18 modem and Darktooth animating it. This was back in '06
Since then progression slowed down as most teammembers and beta testers went in and out of hospitals with dehydration issues.

no it would be easy, just make it if hp < 30 BATTLEDAMAGE >=]! else normal!
just have to make battledamage models, that would be edits of the originals... just like that

well, it is easyer then the advanced systems they implanted with the new version.. it's just not been suggested so much i guess.. or maybe to much work for the modelers..

It's been suggested a thousand times. And exactly, it'd be too much work for for the modelers. Or they just don't want to do that, especially when not all the characters are done modelling yet.

I remember that one of the threads (one of dozens) had a really good explanation for why there will never be battle damage in ESF.

Try using the Search function for a change.

We have yet to finish all of the current models. Currently the character model department is tailing behind a lot.

so no we will not be adding extra stuff to their load.
