Well im new here

I need some help to play...
Do i need the Half-Life to play???
Or i need only Counter Strike Cd-Key??
Plz some 1 help me...

You need Half-Life 1 or an equivalent package (like Counter-Strike retail). As long as you didn't get Counter-Strike through Condition Zero, you'll be able to play ESF.

Make sure you use Steam.

EDIT: I r beated Pain?! =O

Either will work. Just make sure you didn't get your copy of Counter-Strike from a copy of Condition-Zero or it won't work.
