Weird font format change

Why is everything in bold and/or italic all of a sudden? I didn't do anything to influence it from what I believe. And how can I change it back? It's not only for firefox but for folders and files as well.

Sounds like you either installed a font that reacted badly to your theme setting, you installed a new windows theme or changed it, or you just messed round with settings.

I know what you mean Lion. That happened to me once before. I looked whole google for it called Triple X to monitormy PC to help me, asked here, it was all hopeless. I had to Restore my System to fix it. I suggest you do the same unless you can't. Then, I believe you need to reinstall all fonts (that MIGHT help), or just, stay screwed

The Italic thing happend to me once as well. For no apparent reason, every font suddenly went italic. Never found out what caused it, or how to fix it though. Like Lukyas said, a system restore will fix it. But I'd reckon there has to be another easier way to fix this.
