I was wondering how to make a video while in game and watch it?

To Stop:

To play a demo:

(To play the demo, the .dem file must be in your ESF directory and you must have the map used in making the demo installed on your computer.)
To view the demo in thirdperson camera:

Ok thnx but is there anyway i could watch it on winamp or sumthing of that nature?
