As far as I see, I don't see why not. If I am not mistaken, that motherboard uses a PCI Slot.. and the Geforce 8500 is for a PCI slot.

It says it has an AGP slot and something about PCI, but the 8500 requires PCI Express.

The board doesn't have a PCIe slot. The board also supports only cpu's up to 3200+, so I guess the card would be bottlenecked even if it worked with the board.

He is right, GeForce 8500 is a PCI Express card, which will NOT work on your AGP 4x/8x MOBO. There are still some decent cards available for your motherboard that will play most of the games out there today.

Yeah, that's an AGP board. It's not even worth upgrading with a new AGP card, considering how much more they cost for what you get. Tough ****.
