i heard there was gonna be lots of new chars in 1.2 and im not suggesting you should put him in, because i know u probably will anyways. but if you do, im thinking he should start off with a high pl like buu and not trans until something rediculous like 5 million or something. basicly make him an ultimate best to play as character with the huge draw back of not transing for a really really long time

No new characters are going into 1.2b (maybe Adult Gohan, thought they were waving it off until the next but I'm not sure), use the Outline to see what is and may go into the next version.
