it sounds close to the "your better than me kakkarot, your the best", but...well its not.
so anyone knows?

I'm not sure, but maybe that's from buu saga ? When goku tried to kill Buu at end or when Vegeta turned majin. Not 100% though.

I looked a bit on a few episodes but I couldn't found it, I thought its from buu saga as well(which it probably is)...

I think it's a quote from budokai 2, go to 26:25.

When Goku is fighting Majin Buu, Vegeta acknowledge Goku being better than him, being the best. That quote is probably from there but an alternate version (probably from a videogame)
