Try using less poly's on his forehead. Do as SS_Vegeta mentioned as well. If I were you, I would study more about body anatomy, because it seems as though you need work on it.

dunno really, but i think his upper art off his legs should be a bit bigger (now its just like he doesnt have any muscles there )
and his torso should be thinner he isnt that bulked up
