Hello, I'm a newb at mapping and need some help. If anyone can tell me or has a link to a tutorial for creating a mesa, can you please post it or send it to me via e-mail (my e-mail is in my profile).

Also, if you can tell me how to load a .bsp into Hammer that would be great.

A mesa? Black Mesa Research Facility?

You can not load a .bsp into Valve Hammer. The only way you can do anything with it is find a converter online. Though you will have 2 problems.

1.) The map is guaranteed to be converted wrong and will miss a lot of things (textures, brushes, etcetera).

2.) Illegal to edit someone else's work without permission as a .bsp is a compiled map.

I'm not sure what a mesh is, all I know is that I want to create it with the block tool in Hammer.
