Using teleporting?

ok, so I'm new to mapping and don't know how to use teleporting? so if someone can explain how to use teleporting it would be helpful for my esf_lookout map.

make a brush with the aaa_trigger texture or whatever, make a info_teleport (or whatever its called again >_>) out of it and create an info_teleport_destination. give the destination a name "example1" and fill in this name at the target field of the teleporter... tada.

I tried that but still doesn't work, could you maybe send me an .map file with this or do you know where to download one, so I can have a closer look, pls
