Just a small tip: for the nose, use the same smoothing group as for the whole head and if you want your lips to look seperately, for upper lip just use the smoothing group as for the whole head and for the lower lip us another one, but while polys are all around, just use the same poly groups for the lower lip low part, lol. It's hard to express it, so in conclusion the edge line in the midle must be surounded by the different smoothing groups, but anyway, hopefully you understood the idea, if not, do tell, I will try to explain a lil more
