Hey guys,

Recently got my self a new mouse!
A Lachesis Razer non the less!

So far I'm loving it, however, universal scrolling doesn't seem to work.
The button is functioning, whenever I assign a different function to it, it does it without complaint.
But the scrolling thing, just is a no no.

Re-installed the drivers, updated the firmware, browsed the internets.
ended up with nothing, so I figured, why not ask you guys for help.

I get that too with my Logitech mouse, updated drivers and all. If anyone has managed to solve this Id be grateful too.

Lil upgrade.

funny thing, when I switch functions, and apply it, it takes a few seconds for the program to respond while it's updating the mouse button function

during that time, universal scroll DOES work..
how crazy is that?

Here is something you can try that I found googling.

1. Install the driver for the other mouse
2. Plug it in
3. Assign the scrollwheel click to "middle button" (i know this is an option with copperhead)
4. Go to: Start > Run > Regedit
5. Push F3 and search for "Razer"
6. Look for the entry named something like MouseButton3 (this is what i remember it as, it maybe MiddleButton)
7. Copy the value of the entry, it will look something like "0x0000000000<number>"
8. Uninstall the Driver
9. Reinstall DA drivers
10. Plug DA in
11. Search the registry again for razer and find the "MouseButton3" entry
12. Overwrite the value with the middlebutton value (BUT REMEBER TO WRITE DOWN THE OLD VALUE FOR BACKUP INCASE THIS DOESNT WORK)

DISCLAIMER: This isn't tested, so don't blaime me if this *censored*s something up. I used this method to assign the buttons on the diamondback which was pretty *censored*ed up with the assignment. It maybe a driver issue where Razer forgot to add "Middle button" as an option in the drivers.
