Basically the United States and the United Kingdom have joined forces in being total douches to their citizens. Like shit, this makes our "free speech zone" bullshit not so bad.

Im pretty sure the article is referring to land that already is inhibited by military bases, what its saying is it wants to finally open up the land to the public through a series of law precautionary measures.

In any case its a good thing, and what kind of dirty collarless leashless dog owners that want to walk on and visit those camps that reign destruction, these sick bastards that shy away from the prying public eyes.
