I was just doing some research on the 7 Layer OSI model for my Networks Concepts assignment and I came across this.

Weird but I guess that's one way to go about it.

your lecture won't. when you get more into the advanced material there is a topic titled "layer 8" alot of it is taught through another course in general.

That's a pretty good way to teach a concept like that. Take me for example, who fails at networking more than anybody :p Even I could follow the Bond example. Whoever wrote that is rather good at teaching and explaining things. Makes even the most complicated concepts (well, not that the 7 layer concept is probably complicated compared to some other things) and breaks them down in an easy to understand manner. Kinda like the book "The Elegant Universe", which makes superstring theory (Read: WTF Crazy Complex) understandable to someone who's only had the most basic scientific education.

I rely like the way they explode on the firewall. And teh rourter is made nicely (expecialy its errors XD)
