Two small questoins regarding Kaioken and cf

Just a little background, I have new to ESF Im running 1.2.3 with that big addon on the "Addons" tab I used to play this like 5 years ago and finaly got my own copy of HL 1 and thaught why not get it.

With kaioken what does it do, when I try using a blast with it, it just goes away, when I use melee it goes away and I cant go SS with the power increase it gives all I know it does is kill you.

And what is CF Im fairly sure it indicates when you can power up ( Correct me if Im wrong) and what does it stand for?

CF = Change Form and indicates when you can transform.

When using Kaioken you have melee autoselected. So if you select Kaioken you can melee. Ofcourse only as long as you stay on Kaioken ^^;
